To ignore a ticket and prevent it from appearing in beSECURE, do the following:
- Log in to beSECURE.
- In the upper-left corner of the Home page, select DevOps.
- Select More > Tickets > Search. The Ticket List page opens.
- On the Ticket List page, select the desired ticket.
- Select the Edit Ticket tab.
- In the Action box, select Ignore.
- Optionally, enter a reason why the ticket is being set to Ignore in the Comment box.
- Select Save.
