To ignore a ticket and prevent it from appearing in beSECURE, do the following:

  1. Log in to beSECURE.
  2. In the upper-left corner of the Home page, select DevOps.
  3. Select More > Tickets > Search. The Ticket List page opens.
  4. On the Ticket List page, select the desired ticket.
  5. Select the Edit Ticket tab.
  6. In the Action box, select Ignore.
  7. Optionally, enter a reason why the ticket is being set to Ignore in the Comment box.
  8. Select Save.
