To change an alarm's status, do the following:

  1. Log in to beSECURE.
  2. In the upper-left corner of the Home page, select DevOps.
  3. Select Admin > Alarms. The Alarm List page opens.
  4. Select an alarm, or search for an alarm in the Search by Alarm Type box.
  5. Select the Acknowledge, Handled, and Under Investigation status button. beSECURE will log the status you on the Alarm Details and Alarm List pages.
