To change an alarm's status, do the following:
- Log in to beSECURE.
- In the upper-left corner of the Home page, select DevOps.
- Select Admin > Alarms. The Alarm List page opens.
- Select an alarm, or search for an alarm in the Search by Alarm Type box.
- Select the Acknowledge, Handled, and Under Investigation status button. beSECURE will log the status you on the Alarm Details and Alarm List pages.
