Before a report can be sent to a contact, you must add that contact to your beSECURE system. You can send reports to an individual contact or a group of contacts, which functions similarly to a distribution group.
Adding a contact
To add a contact to your beSECURE system, do the following:
- Log in to beSECURE with administrative privileges.
- In the upper-left corner of the Home page, select DevOps.
- Select Admin > Accounts > Contacts.
- Select the Newbutton.
- Enter the contact's information in the Contact Name and Contact Email boxes. All other fields are optional.
- Select Create.
Adding a group of contacts
To add a contact to your beSECURE system, do the following:
- Log in to beSECURE with administrative privileges.
- In the upper-left corner of the Home page, select DevOps.
- Select Admin > Accounts > Group Contacts.
- Select the Newbutton.
- In the Group Name box, enter a name for the group.
- In the New Email box, enter a contact's email address and then select Add. Repeat this step for each additional contact.
- Select Create.
