Before a report can be sent to a contact, you must add that contact to your beSECURE system. You can send reports to an individual contact or a group of contacts, which functions similarly to a distribution group.


Adding a contact

To add a contact to your beSECURE system, do the following:

  1. Log in to beSECURE with administrative privileges.
  2. In the upper-left corner of the Home page, select DevOps.
  3. Select Admin > Accounts > Contacts.
  4. Select the Newbutton.
  5. Enter the contact's information in the Contact Name and Contact Email boxes. All other fields are optional.
  6. Select Create.
     

Adding a group of contacts

To add a contact to your beSECURE system, do the following:

  1. Log in to beSECURE with administrative privileges.
  2. In the upper-left corner of the Home page, select DevOps.
  3. Select Admin > Accounts > Group Contacts.
  4. Select the Newbutton.
  5. In the Group Name box, enter a name for the group.
  6. In the New Email box, enter a contact's email address and then select Add. Repeat this step for each additional contact. 
  7. Select Create.
