By default, a report is sent after a scan is finished, but there is also an option to send reports on a scheduled basis.

Scheduled reports contain the most recent data from the most current scan. If the scan has not run for a while and it's scheduled to be sent now, results from the last run will be sent.

You can set a scheduled report for a specific organization and scan name or asset group. You can also schedule custom reports (if you have a custom report set up already).

To set up a scheduled report, do the following:

  1. Log in to beSECURE.
  2. Select Results > Reports.
  3. Select Schedule Report.
  4. Make selections for all fields in the dialog.
  5. Select Schedule.
