You can create two types of tickets:

  • Beyond Security Support Team tickets - Created by sending an email to support@beyondsecurty.com
  • Internal Tickets - Created within beSECURE (useful for ignoring vulnerabilities and other purposes).

To search for internal tickets, do the following:

  1. Log in to beSECURE.
  2. In the upper-left corner of the Home page, select DevOps.
  3. Select More > Tickets > Search.
  4. In the Search by Vulnerability Name box, select the down arrow.
  5. In the Ticket Search dialog, select your search criteria.
  6. Select Search.
