You can create two types of tickets:
- Beyond Security Support Team tickets - Created by sending an email to support@beyondsecurty.com
- Internal Tickets - Created within beSECURE (useful for ignoring vulnerabilities and other purposes).
To search for internal tickets, do the following:
- Log in to beSECURE.
- In the upper-left corner of the Home page, select DevOps.
- Select More > Tickets > Search.
- In the Search by Vulnerability Name box, select the down arrow.
- In the Ticket Search dialog, select your search criteria.
- Select Search.
