If your scan returned zero results, your license has expired or is fully consumed. To check the status of your license, do the following:

  1. Log in to beSECURE with administrative privileges.
  2. In the upper-left corner of the Home page, select DevOps.
  3. Select Admin > Deployment > Licenses.
  4. Find your license in the list and check for the following:
    1. If your license has expired, a red Expired badge will appear next the name. If your license has expired, you must renew it before you can perform another scan.
    2. If your license is fully consumed, the Remaining Addresses column will display 0. If your license is fully consumed, you can continue to scan existing IP addresses or switch hosts, but you can't add new addresses until you renew your license.
